Sana’ M. Shawar is a highly experienced Procurement and Contracts Specialist with over 20 years of expertise managing procurement, contracts, and operations for donor-funded projects across Palestine. She has worked with leading international donors including the World Bank, IFAD, EU, USAID, and UN agencies, ensuring full compliance with their procurement guidelines. Sana’ is currently supporting the World Bank-funded Finance for Jobs (F4J) project, where she leads procurement and HR functions. She is known for her strategic planning, contract management, and strong coordination skills, and holds advanced degrees in Civil and Water Engineering from Birzeit University.
