The DIB is implemented by a private limited company named Finance for Jobs Consulting Services. Finance for Jobs Consulting Services launched the DIB program under the name of F4J Careerz. As the connecting point between the beneficiaries and the funders, F4J Careerz solicitates calls for ‘Concept Notes (CN)’ from potential Service Providers to help it expand its pipeline of employment projects. Similarly, once the training programs are prepared, it circulates announcements for potential beneficiaries to apply and enroll in the training sessions.
