Supporting Private-Sector Investment Projects to Create Sustainable Jobs for Palestine’s Workforce

The ICF provides grants designed to stimulate private sector investment and promote job creation. It also responds to the challenging economic conditions faced by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by strengthening their resilience and supporting business continuity, thereby helping preserve jobs and sustain business operations. The Facility achieves these objectives through two innovative financing instruments:The Investment Co-Financing Facility (ICF) Grant, and the Emergency Response Program (ERP) Grant.
