Supporting Private-Sector Investment Projects to Create Sustainable Jobs for Palestine’s Workforce

The Investment Co-Financing Facility (ICF) provides grants designed to stimulate private sector investment and promote job creation. It also responds to the challenging economic conditions faced by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by strengthening their resilience and supporting business continuity, thereby helping preserve jobs and sustain business operations. The Facility achieves these objectives through two innovative financing instruments:The Investment Co-Financing Facility (ICF) Grant, and the Emergency Response Program (ERP) Grant.
