Mohammed Turshan is the Acting Project Director of the Finance for Jobs (F4J) Project. He brings over 15 years of professional experience in investment, financial management, private sector development, and the implementation of donor-funded projects across Palestine and the Middle East.
Mr. Turshan has extensive expertise in investment analysis, financial modeling, due diligence, business planning, cost-benefit analysis, and project management. Throughout his career, he has led and supported the design, appraisal, and implementation of private sector investment projects funded by international development partners, including the World Bank, USAID, and other bilateral and multilateral donors. He has also provided technical assistance to government institutions, municipalities, financial institutions, and private sector enterprises in the areas of investment promotion, financial management, and strategic planning.
Mr. Turshan holds a PhD in Accounting and Finance, graduating with First Honors, as well as a Master's degree in Strategic Planning and Fundraising and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business Administration.
