Youssef Ali Atwa is the Project Coordinator – Gaza for the Finance for Jobs (F4J) Project. He has over 20 years of experience in project management, World Bank-financed operations, procurement, financial management, and donor coordination. Prior to joining F4J, he held several positions with the Palestinian Ministry of Finance, where he managed and coordinated major development projects funded by the World Bank and other international donors. Youssef holds an MBA from Central European University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the Islamic University of Gaza.
