Building Skills, Expanding Opportunities

We are pleased to share this glimpse of training activities implemented by Omniah Youth Center, one of the beneficiaries supported under the Development Impact Bond (DIB) component of the Finance for Jobs (F4J) Project.
Through the F4J DIB program, and the implementation through F4J Careerz, young Palestinians are gaining practical, market-driven skills that enhance their employability and improve their access to sustainable economic opportunities.
At F4J, we believe that investing in human capital is key to unlocking economic growth and creating lasting employment opportunities. By supporting innovative interventions that connect skills development with labor market needs, the project helps participants build stronger pathways toward meaningful and sustainable careers.
